Building Success through Language Skills and Steady Effort
In my previous job, I worked as a journalist. As overtime increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided I wanted a more balanced work-life and chose to switch careers. I joined Unitech System because I am interested in translation. Since joining the company, I have been responsible for translating product catalogs, specifications, and presentation materials from Japanese to Chinese. It’s rewarding to know that my translations are used internationally and read by many people. I enjoy using my language skills and working at my own pace, steadily progressing through tasks. A collaborative and supportive atmosphere among team members allows us to work with peace of mind and focus.

With 14 members, including those from abroad, our team fosters a global and inclusive workplace. Of course, since everyone speaks Japanese, we can communicate smoothly. Our team includes many women, and some are working mothers who successfully balance work and family. The Words ‘Thank You’ Bring True Fulfillment
My focus is on factory automation (FA) devices that automate production processes. I primarily handle software design and debugging to ensure everything works smoothly. I can organize my own schedule and travel to clients’ sites, where I can operate machines and make immediate specification changes on-site, allowing me to work with a high degree of freedom. The opportunity to work in various sites and environments provides me with the excitement of learning a wide range of skills.
It gives me great satisfaction when I can modify the machine’s operation to meet the client’s needs and hear a sincere “thank you” in return. By maximizing our expertise, we can support our clients’ manufacturing processes.

Every Day Brings a New Opportunity to Grow
I am currently focusing on evaluating inverters, which are essential devices for controlling machines. I assess temperature and current waveforms using various measurement instruments. It’s important to ask, “Why do these variations occur?” This approach helps in understanding the device’s behavior. The more curious you are, the more enjoyable this work becomes. After joining Unitech System, I started my career by repairing NC machines. After that, I worked on inverter evaluation and then transitioned to programming in C language. Now, I’m back in inverter evaluation, where I am currently focused. This variety of tasks has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills.
Supporting Fathers with Paternity Leave

When my child was born, I could take childcare leave and fully dedicate myself to parenting. Thanks to the flexibility of taking paid leave, I could spend valuable time with my family and refresh.
